10 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 32 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Jun 24: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 10 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, eight were reported in Leh and two in Kargil. While, a total of 3853 sample reports in UT Ladakh; Leh: 2393 and Kargil: 1460 were found negative yesterday.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 32 patients yesterday. Out of which 23 patients were discharged in Leh and nine in Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 338; 250 in Leh and 88 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1262 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 541 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post yesterday and 454 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi check post.
