15th National Voters Day celebrated in Chiktan.
Kargil, Jan 25, 2025: National Voters Day (NVD) was celebrated today at Chiktan Headquarter wherein BLOs from Khardoon, Chiktan, Kukerchay along with first time Voters and Senior Voters attended the event at the Headquarter.
AERO explained the theme -“Nothing like Voting, I vote for Sure”, impressing that every vote is important in electoral democracy.
The program started with taking of pledge and later the importance of vote casting was discussed amongst the attendees especially first time/new eligible voters.
The stress was also given over the active participation in the electoral process. Pledge was taken/led by New Eligible voters and all followed them.
In the end, AERO distributed the EPIC cards to the new and existing voters.The event concluded with the Vote of thanks to all the participants for their Involvement in the event.
