`3 positive cases reported in UT Ladakh; 3 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Oct 21: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, three new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. While a total of 823 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh:347 and Kargil: 471 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged three patients yesterday and one was discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 34; all 34 in Leh district.
The bulletin further informs that 1054 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 149 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check posts.
