5 new positive cases reports in UT Ladakh, 5 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Sept.25: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, five positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday from Leh. While a total of 1521 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 539 and Kargil: 977 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 164; 161in Leh and 3 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 2427 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 815 and 490 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts
