Ayushman Bhav health mela conducted at various Health & Wellness Centers of Sankoo.

Kargil, Sep 18, 2023: The nationwide Ayushman Bhav weekly health mela was organized today at various Health and Wellness Centers at Sankoo including H&WC NTPHC Taiket, H&WC Karchey-Khar, H&WC Thasgam, H&WC Barsoo and H&WC Sarchey.
This initiative is part of the Ayushman Bhav Campaign, which aims to provide accessible healthcare services to remote and underserved communities.
Stalls were set up to provide health services to the local residents such as Tele Consultation, NCD screening, generation of ABHA (Health IDs), Golden Card and healthcare services were kept available for the general public.
During the health mela, an awareness program was also organized in which the concerned Incharge of Health & Wellness Centers and CHO’s educated the participants about Tuberculosis and other communicable diseases.
