CEC and Sikyong CTA lay foundation stone for Playground at SOS Choglamsar.
Leh, July 16: Hon’ble Chairman/CEC Adv Tashi Gyalson and Hon’ble Sikyong, Central Tibetan Administration, Sh. Penpa Tsering today jointly laid the foundation stone for the upgradation of Playground at SOS Choglamsar.
Students of the TCV warmly welcomed the CEC and the dignitaries present. President, CTA, Penpa Tsering, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Leh for funding the renovation of the playground under the District CAPEX Budget.
The Foundation Stone ceremony was held in the presence of Executive Councillor, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee; Deputy Commissioner/ CEO , LAHDC, Santosh Sukhadeve; Chief Representative Officer, Dhondup Tashi, Director, TCV, Leh, Tenzin Rabten, concern officials and President of the Local Tibetan Assembly, Faculty members, students and staffs were present during the event.
