GDC Kargil celebrates Independence Day.
Kargil, August 15, 2024: Government Degree College Kargil hoisted the National Flag at the College Campus on the auspicious occasion of 78th Independence Day.
The flag hoisting ceremony was held at 8:30 a.m. followed by the National Anthem. Senior Faculty of the college Prof. Diskit Angmo hoisted the tricolor at the parade.
Faculty members of the college, Student Council, Executive Members were also present on the occasion. College NCC Cadets presented a beautiful patriotic song after the flag hoisting. A special cake cutting ceremony was also arranged by the College Protocol Committee. The event concluded with vote of thanks.
