Leh, August 15: Hon’ble Chairman/CEC Adv. Tashi Gyalson, LAHDC, Leh convened a meeting on August 14 in the presence of Dy. Chairman Tsering Angchuk; Executive Councillor for Mimority Ghulam Mehdi; Executive Coumcillor for Agriculture Stanzin Chosphel; Secretary Sports Vikram Singh Malik; DC/CEO, LAHDC , Leh Santosh Sukhadeve to outline the plans for the Climate Cup 2024, a football tournament set to take place in Leh during the first week of September. This event aims to promote environmental awareness and sustainability while addressing the urgent issue of climate change.
During the meeting, H’CEC Gyalson engaged in comprehensive discussions with relevant officers and officials to review the arrangements necessary for the tournament’s success. He stressed the importance of meticulous planning and timely execution to ensure a smooth and impactful event.
