A delegation of Black-necked Crane experts from Bhutan called on Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Tashi Gyalson today. The delegation was led by Dr. Kinley Tenzin, Executive Director RSPN Bhutan and renowned, Black-necked Crane expert from India Dr. Pankaj Chandan was also present.
During the meeting discussions on future collaborations between India and Bhutan on a wide range of cultural and scientific exchanges were also held. Further, the delegation presented the book on Black-necked Crane to Hon’ble CEC Gyalson and CEC Gyalson further felicitated them with a small memento and extends their gratitude.
