CEC reviews status of major RE projects in Leh

Leh Feb 09: The Chairman/CEC LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson convened a meeting today to review the status of various initiatives and projects on Renewable Energy (RE) in Leh.
Executive Councillor for RDD, LAHDC Leh, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee; Secretary, Power Ladakh, Ravinder Kumar; DC Leh, Shrikant Suse; ACR Leh, Shabir Hussain, and officials from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) led by Director (Power System), S.K Mishra attended the meeting.
Current status on projects such as 50-megawatt hour (MWh) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Taru and 25 kW Green Hydrogen Project at SNM Hospital Leh were discussed during the meeting.
