Leh, Sept 20: The Hon’ble Chairman/CEC,LAHDC, Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, along with Hon’ble Thiksay Councillor Stanzin Chosfail, officially launched the Mahindra Thar ROXX MX5 in Ladakh on Sept 17.
