DIPR Kargil accords warm send off to outgoing Photo Officer.
Kargil, Nov 01, 2024: Office of the Assistant Director Information Kargil today held a warm farewell ceremony in honor of Photo Officer, Haji Ahmad Khan Kacho on his retirement.
The event was attended by Joint Director, Information, Ladakh, Imteeaz Kacho; Assistant Director Information, Kargil, Raza Ali Abbidi; Assistant Information Officers: Anwar Ali and Stanzin Palmo; Assistant Accounts Officer, Hakima Banoo, Head Assistants Mohd Ali and Mohd Yousuf along with the entire staff of Directorate of Information and Office of Assistant Director Kargil.
Joint Director, Information, Ladakh, Imteeaz Kacho expressed gratitude for Haji Ahmed Khan Kacho’s contributions. He praised Kacho’s leadership, emphasizing that under his guidance, the Information Department team reached new heights.
Imteeaz Kacho described Kacho’s commitment to the Department of Information and Public Relations as invaluable and his service as unmatched. He concluded with heartfelt wishes for Khan’s post-retirement life.
While recalling the dedicated services rendered by the retiring Photo Officer, Assistant Director, Information, Kargil Raza Ali Abbidi hailed his contribution for having served the department with utmost honesty and sincerity.
The AD, Information also extended his best wishes to Haji Ahmed Khan Kacho, commending his dedication and acknowledging his significant impact on the department.
The staff of the Information Department wished him happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement and hoped that experience and expertise of the officer shall remain guiding the department in its better functioning. They said his absence will be deeply felt by colleagues who have long admired him for his guidance and inspiration.
In response, Haji Ahmed Khan Kacho reflected on his 40-year career, expressing his appreciation to his colleagues for their support and the honor shown to him on this occasion.
He shared memorable moments from his career and sincerely apologized for any unintended words or actions that may have hurt his colleagues during his tenure.
