EC Education inspects residential remedial classes in various educational institutions of TSG Block.
Kargil, Sept 24, 2024: To uplift the standard of education in the region, the Executive Councilor, Education, LAHDC, Kargil, Zakir Hussain, CEO Kargil, S.D. Namgyal & ZEO Sankoo, Hadi Ali inspect Residential Remedial Classes in various educational institutions of the TSG Block.
The team visited Government Higher Secondary School Trespone, Government High School Saliskote, Government Girls High School (GM Pore, and Government High School (HS) Tambiss.
During their visit, the officials interacted with both students and teachers to assess the progress of the ongoing remedial programs. They made detailed inquiries about the facilities provided to the students, including accommodation, learning materials, and overall academic support.
The inspection was aimed to ensure that the residential remedial classes, which are part of a larger initiative to help students overcome learning gaps, are running smoothly and effectively. The team acknowledged the importance of these classes in bridging the educational divide and encouraged both staff and students to continue working diligently towards achieving academic excellence.
Students and faculty alike expressed appreciation for the continued support from the UT Administration, LAHDC Kargil & District Administration and highlighted the positive impact these initiatives have had on their learning experiences. The visiting officials assured them of further improvements to the facilities and committed to regularly reviewing the progress of these programs.
