EC Feroz conducts meeting to discuss revenue related departmental issues of Shakar Chiktan, Shargole.
Kargil, June 20, 2024: Executive Councilor, Revenue/PHE and IN&FC, LAHDC, Kargil, Kacho Mohd Feroz today held a meeting to discuss the revenue related departmental issues of Shakar Chiktan and Shargole Blocks at Conference Hall, Council Secretariat.
The meeting was attended by Councilor Shargole, and Chiktan, SDM Shakar Chiktan besides other concerned officers. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the various issues related to the Revenue Department.
EC Kacho Mohd Feroz directed SDM Shakar Chiktan to prepare a roster according to his convenience and at least visit Shargole twice a month and address the grievances of the people.
The EC also directed SDM to prepare a necessary list of documents required for various schemes and circulate it in social media so they would be aware of documents in advance.
He also directed to issue the ST category certificate to the students and locals as per past practice. He further directed SDM Shakar Chiktan to fast track the pending loan documentation process of various beneficiaries at the earliest.
Regarding the compensation of land and trees of Zsang road in Chiktan, the SDM informed the EC that the compensation has been received from the concerned department as soon as the ID will be issued they will initiate the process of distribution of compensation.
