EC Tashi today visited cluster Middle School Padum.

Kargil, Oct 31, 2023: Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil, Er. Punchok Tashi today visited cluster Middle School Padum and attended meeting with parents, teachers and SMDC of the school.
The objective of the meeting and visit was to take the initiative to make the school Council model school a new pattern introduced by LAHDC Kargil.
All the parents and SMDC members requested the EC to convert the school into a Council Model School by construction of the building and facilitating other equipment and furniture.
While speaking at the gathering, EC Tashi committed that the school shall be developed with new modern technologies and infrastructure.
He has mentioned about Delhi Model of School and assured that the teachers from Zanskar shall also be sent for exposure tour to Delhi in the coming years.
The school building of BMS Padum and Cluster school Skyagam is already approved for new construction on the recommendation of LAHDC Kargil. Tashi Gurmath ZEPO Zanskar, Panchayat members and SMDC members were present in the meeting.
