GDC Kargil holds ‘Sensitisation Programme’ on Vigilance Awareness Week.

Kargil, Nov 02, 2023: The Department of English, GDC Kargil today conducted a ‘Sensitisation Programme’ on Vigilance Awareness Week.
The event was moderated by Praveen Fatima, Assistant Professor, Department of English.
A talk was delivered by Dr. Azra Khatoon, Assistant Professor, Department of English, on the imperative features of VAW. The discussion encompassed the malaises of corruption, that impair the political, social, economic and educational health of a community.
She highlighted the notion around the collective responsibility of the youth, stakeholders and members of civil society, to make the society corruption free.
The talk was followed by an interaction with the students. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, presented by Taira Bano, Assistant Professor, Department of English, GDC Kargil.
