Health Secy Pawan Kotwal visits Khaltsi CHC

Leh, Aug 09: Health Secretary, UT Ladakh, Dr Pawan Kotwal, today visited the Community Health Centre (CHC), Khaltsi, in the Khaltse sub-division. Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Leh, Dr Motup Dorjey, accompanied the Health Secretary during the visit.
The Health Secretary inspected the hospital building, including the X-ray section, minor operation theatre (Minor OT), laboratory, labour room, gynae ward, amchi section, casualty ward and the dental section. He also inspected the oxygen plant under construction at Khaltsi and inquired about the cost of expenditure from the concerned officials.
Sub-divisional Magistrate, Khaltsi; Executive Engineer, PWD,Khaltsi; Incharge Block Medical Officer, Khaltsi; Naib Tehsildar, Khaltsi and Temisgam; In-charge Police post, Khaltsi; Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD, Khaltsi and all the doctors and paramedical staff of CHC Khaltsi were also present.
