HelpAge India Leh, celebrated International Women’s Day.

Leh, March 9, 2024: HelpAge India Leh, celebrated International Women’s Day with two programs in Leh on March 8.
A special talk on cervical cancer and breast cancer was delivered by, a renowned surgeon and social activist Dr. Nordan Otzer. Dr. Otzer engaged with the community members of Agling, Leh, sharing crucial insights and information on prevention, early detection, and treatment options for these prevalent cancers.
In addition to the educational talk, HelpAge India collaborated with the Social and Tribal Welfare Department of UT Ladakh to host a program at Leh market. A stall was set up to provide information and resources on various aspects.
