Leh, July 9: In commemoration of the 76th Independence Day, a meeting was convened under the chairman of SDM Nubra, Dorjee Gyalstan, at the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) office. Attended by Heads of Departments (HoDs) from Nubra sub-division, the meeting emphasized on close collaboration among all concerned departments to ensure success of the forthcoming event. SDM Nubra directed the HoDs to proactively organize essential arrangements well in advance.
During the meeting, a comprehensive range of topics was addressed, encompassing vital elements such as the flag hoisting ceremony, march past, engaging cultural performances, meticulous seating arrangements, provision of medical facilities, and distribution of prizes.
