KVK Kargil-II successfully conducts PM-Kisan 19th Installment Program.

Kargil, February 24, 2025: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Kargil-II successfully organized the PM-Kisan 19th installment distribution program, marking yet another milestone in supporting the farming community of the cold arid region.
Despite the extreme freezing temperatures, the event witnessed remarkable participation from Councillors, NRLM beneficiaries, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and progressive farmers.
The presence and address by Councillors highlighted the significance of the PM-Kisan scheme in empowering farmers and ensuring financial assistance reaches the grassroots level. Farmers and beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the initiative, acknowledging its crucial role in sustaining agricultural activities in the challenging climatic conditions of Ladakh.
KVK Kargil-II remains committed to uplifting the livelihoods of tribal farmers through continuous technological interventions, capacity-building programs, and government initiatives.
