SDM Nubra flags-off cleanliness drive in Hunder

Leh, Aug 08: Tourism Department, Leh, in collaboration with the Revenue and Rural Development (RDD) Department, Diskit, today conducted a cleanliness drive in Hunder as a part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Nubra, Lakshay Singhal, flagged off the cleanliness drive at the sand dunes of Hunder in the presence of Hunder Councillor; Assistant Director, Tourism; Tehsildar, Diskit and Sarpanch.
The cleanliness drive commenced from Hunder sand dunes to Hunder bridge in which local residents of Hunder village took part.
