Leh, Oct 14: The three-day workshop-cum-training for Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) and Eco Niwas Samhita (ENS) capacity-building programme organized by PDW Diskit in collaboration with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and ECBC Cell Ladakh at Nubra concluded today. Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Nubra, Lakshay Singhal, was the guest for the closing ceremony.
Engineers from various departments attended the three-day workshop.
