To ensure saturation of flagship schemes of the government, Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra camp was today organized at Panikhar and Taisuru Panchayats.
BDO Taisuru/Day Nodal Officer, Rukhsar Ahmad Shah, Panches, Sarpanches, notable officials from diverse departments, including Agriculture, RD&PRD, PDD, Health, Handloom, PHE, Horticulture, Social Welfare, ICDS, along with representatives from various other line departments, actively participated in the event.
On the occasion, locals enthusiastically listened to the recorded message from the Prime Minister of India regarding the campaign.
At the event, the villagers were comprehensively briefed on an array of beneficiary-oriented schemes meticulously crafted to uplift and improve the quality of their lives.
The camp also focused on Jal Jeevan Mission initiatives, offering guidance and support to mitigate water-related challenges in the region.
One of the aspects of the event was the provision of direct beneficiary-oriented benefits to the villagers on the spot.
Besides others, the other departments also informed the people about beneficiary-oriented schemes. This included the distribution of various benefits and resources designed to uplift the community and improve their quality of life.
The IEC Van is equipped with multimedia resources, expert speakers, and interactive sessions to engage and educate people about the benefits and application procedures of these schemes.
Experts from different departments and institutions including agriculture, horticulture, health, handloom etc , held interactive sessions with the locals wherein they were informed about the procedures to avail these welfare schemes.
At Panikhar, besides, 11 Aadhaar Cards were updated and 04 new Aadhar Cards were generated. While as General OPD 27, Sputum 05, and 15 PMJAY Cards were generated at Panikhar.
At Taisuru, besides, 08 Aadhar cards were updated and 01 new Aadhaar Card were generated. While as General OPD 35, ABHA Cards 20 and Golden Cards 20 were also generated at Taisuru Panchayat.
During the program, officials of the Health Department briefed the general public about the goal of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and underlined its mission. They were also briefed about healthcare schemes. The camp witnessed huge participation of the people.
The nodal officer expressed gratitude to the participants for their enthusiastic involvement. The Viksit Bharat pledge was also taken by the officials and participants at both the Panchayats.
