Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra held at Yourbaltak A &B Panchayats.

Kargil, Dec 12: The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) camp was organized today at Yourbaltak-A and Yourbaltak-B Panchayats, in Sodh Block.
BDO Sodh/Day Nodal Officer Mukhtar Ali, Sarpanches, Panches, officials from diverse departments, including Agriculture, RD&PRD, Health, Social Welfare, Food and Supplies, Handloom, Fisheries, Cooperative Societies, NRLM along with representatives from various other line departments, actively participated in the event.
During the event, the officers interacted and reached out to the citizens eligible under various welfare schemes, disseminating information and fostering awareness about the government-sponsored public-centric schemes.
Experts from different departments and institutions including agriculture, horticulture, ICDS, Health, Social Welfare, NRLM, Handloom, etc. held interactive sessions with the locals wherein they were informed about the procedures to avail these welfare schemes.
At the Yourbaltak-A camp, NCD screening included 25 for diabetes, 29 for hypertension, and 15 for HB. Additionally, 03 ABHA cards, 07 Ayushman cards were generated, and 30 individuals were attended to in the general OPD.
During the Yourbaltak-B camp, NCD screening included 15 for diabetes, 18 for hypertension, and 10 for HB. Additionally, 03 ABHA cards and 06 Ayushman cards were generated, and 25 individuals were attended to in the general OPD.
During the program, officials of the Health Department briefed the general public about the goal of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and underlined its mission. They were also briefed about healthcare schemes. The camp witnessed huge participation of the people.
