11 Domestic LPG Cylinders Seized in Surprise Market Inspection Across Kargil Areas.
Kargil, March 26, 2026: As per the directions of Additional District Magistrare Kargil, a surprise Market checking against the use of domestic LPG cylinders for commercial activities was carried out today in Baroo Market, Bema Thang area and petrol pump area.
The inspection was headed by Naib Tehsildar, Kargil, Fida Mohd Hassanain Mir, and joined by Sub Inspector, PS Baroo, Mohd Hussain; Tehsil Supply Officer, Mohammad Abass, and representative of MC Kargil.
During the checking, many tea stalls, hotels and restaurants were found violating the norms and around 11 domestic LPG cylinders were seized.
The Market checking was conducted smoothly and successfully.
