14 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 11 patients cured and discharged

Leh Jul 04: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 14 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, ten were reported in Leh and four in Kargil. While, a total of 2590 sample reports in UT Ladakh; Leh: 1540 and Kargil: 1050 were found negative yesterday.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 11 patients yesterday. Out of which nine patients were discharged in Leh and two in Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 244; 210 in Leh and 34 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 2072 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 118 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post yesterday and 823 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi check post
