The meeting focused on finalizing key arrangements for the mega spiritual event, including the safe escort of the Holy Relics from Delhi to Leh, the grand ceremonial procession from Kushok Bakula Rinpoche (KBR) Airport to Jivetsal, organization of prayers and rituals, preparations for Buddha Purnima on May 1, and city-wide decorations.

Discussions included arrangements at the airport, reception by monks and dignitaries, red carpet welcome, designated vehicles for the transportation of relics, ceremonial processions, and public participation along the route. Preparations such as whitewashing of Mani walls, gate receptions, and city beautification efforts to be completed by April 27 were also reviewed.
