80th Independence Day Celebrations at Resident Commissioner Office, Ladakh Bhawan, New Delhi.
The Resident Commissioner Office, Union Territory of Ladakh, celebrated the 80th Independence Day at Ladakh Bhawan, New Delhi, with patriotic fervour. Ms. Sonam Chhosdon, Deputy Resident Commissioner, hoisted the National Flag and extended warm greetings to all officers and staff.
Addressing the gathering, she paid tribute to the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and highlighted the importance of unity, integrity, democracy and inclusive development in strengthening the nation. She called upon all officers and officials to discharge their duties with sincerity, integrity and dedication, and to contribute towards good governance and public service for the welfare of people across India.
The ceremony was attended by Dy. SP Mr. Tsewang Dorjay, Dr. Tsering Zangmo, Senior Medical Officer, Mr. Tsewang Morup, AEE, the Protocol Officer, and other officers and staff.
The programme concluded with the singing of the National Anthem, reflecting collective pride and commitment towards the nation.
