DLSA, TLSC Nubra organises legal awareness on rights of senior citizens

Leh, Oct 12: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Leh, in collaboration with Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC), Nubra, organised a legal awareness programme on the rights of senior citizens. The awareness programme was a part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations.
Ld. Counsel Advocate Nima Stanzin spoke on the rights of senior citizens. Chairman, TLSC Nubra, Wangial Tsering, threw light on Legal Services Authority Act and fundamental duties.
Ld. Counsel Advocate Siddharth Nurboo, staff and students of Eliezer Joldan Memorial (EJM) College and PLVs attended the awareness programme.
