Labour department Kargil conducts awareness-cum-registration drive at Rangdum

KARGIL, JULY 26, 2022: Labour Department Kargil today conducted an awareness-cum-registration drive at Rangdum.
En route Assistant Labour Commissioner Kargil interacted with labours working on NH-301 and gave them awareness regarding labour laws, schemes and inquired regarding working conditions, payment of wages etc. Some labours raised few issues faced by them. The ALC directed the concerned officials of the company to resolve the issue on priority basis.
Meanwhile, labour forms were issued to the labours for renewal and registration at Parkachik and Rangdum. Later on, the ALC also interacted with public representatives from Tangol, Parkachik, Rangdum, Tashi Stongday area.
