Self Defence Training Program for girls held at GMS Lankerchey Thang, Sankoo

KARGIL, 18 OCTOBER 2022:
Government Middle School Lankerchey Thang today organized a Self Defense program for girls in the school campus.
Around 70 girls took part in the camp and they were trained with various techniques and stunts from the experts. The aim of the initiative was to empower girls so that they can protect themselves in any adverse situation. The camp was organized under Samagr Shiksha Abhiyan.
During the camp, Karate Champion of Karate Association Kargil Mohd Hassan Khan, were taught different techniques to defend themselves in case of any eventuality. He gave important tips to girls about how to defend and protect themselves in every situation.
