Leh, Nov 15: District Election Office, Leh organised a one-day orientation-cum- training programme, on the preparation of electoral rolls with reference to four qualifying dates during the Special Summary Revision, for the concerned officers, Booth Level Officer (BLO) Supervisors and Booth Level Officers of Leh district at Sindhu Sanskriti Kendra, Leh today.

Dr Tundup Namgyal (DSHO, Leh) was the resource person for the training.

The participants were apprised in detail the process for filing claims and objections for inclusion or exclusion of names or entries in the electoral rolls, uploading of details on Garuda App, process and procedures to be followed as per the guidelines of Election Commission of India.
