Councilor Taisuru inspects construction works of irrigation canals.

Kargil, May 17, 2023: Councilor Taisuru and former Executive Councilor in LAHDC Kargil, Syed Abbas Rizvi today visited various villages of Taisuru including Mayita, Pranti, Panikhar and Choskore to inspect the construction works of irrigation canals.
Concerned officers of the Irrigation and Flood Control Department and representatives of executing agencies accompanied the Councilor during the visit.
Rizvi took a detailed assessment of the works and interacted with public regarding the progress of the works. He directed the concerned officers to complete the work within the stipulated timeline in view of the brief working season.
The Councilor visited Yokyur Khul Prantee, Thamigakpa Baimachan, Lungjuk Damsna, Houryal Brakchan, Gongyur Yuljuk Maita, Chellung Nallah and Rotzan Panikhar where he took assessment of works undergoing on various irrigation canals. AEE and JE and executing agencies were present during the visit.
