EC Tashi flags off Jal Jeevan Maah in Zanskar.

Kargil, June 16, 2023: Executive Councilor, Tourism, RD and Zanskar Affairs, Er. Punchok Tashi today flagged off month-long Jal Jeevan Maah celebrations at Tourist Dak Bungalow, Padum organized by the team of Implementation Support Agency (NRMCW).
The Executive Councilor was present as chief guest, BDC Zanskar, Stanzin Sandup, AEE PHE, Phurboo Sandup JEs of PHE and PWD and other officials of concerned departments were present during the function.
While speaking on the function, EC Tashi directed the ISA team to aware the people of Zanskar regarding the Jal Jeevan Mission and its aims and objectives.
He also directed all the concerned authorities and officials to cooperate with each other for the success of Jal Jeevan Mission in the Sub Division.
During the function, the Head of ISA team, Mohd Hassanain briefed the guests and audience regarding the Jal Jeevan Maah program schedule in Zanskar.
Phurboo Sandup AEE also spoke in the function. In the end, the EC flagged off the ISA team to aware the people at the Panchayat level regarding Jal Jeevan Mission.
