10 days FLN 3rd batch at DIET Leh, NIPUN Bharat Mission, Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Jodo Gyan (Numeracy part) concluded today .

Leh, Feb 28, 2024: The valedictory session of 10 days FLN 3rd batch at DIET Leh, NIPUN Bharat Mission, Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Jodo Gyan (Numeracy part) concluded today on February 28.
In these workshop experts from Luckow for Contextualise Vidya Pravesh and the Jodo Gyan expert from Magalya on Contextualised Numeracy part of FLN under the guidelines of NIPUN Bharat mission.
In 10 days of Contextualised Numeracy Program, Expert deliberated her Methodology in Numeracy in a joyful manner to the teachers. On the gathering of valedictory session Deputy Chairman LAHDC Leh, Tsering Angchuk was the chief guest.
Principal, DIET Leh Chetan Dorje welcomed the Deputy Chairman and he assured that these ten day’s workshop will be very productive for the FLN teachers from various zones of Leh District. He further expressed that such kind of workshop is the need of the hour.
Around 90 FLN Teachers were present during the session.
Principal DIET Leh expressed that Contextualised Numeracy is the main component of National Curriculum Framework (Foundational Stage).
At the end, Deputy chairman, LAHDC Leh Tsering Angchuk expressed that Vidya Pravesh pedagogical strategies and assessment should be strictly implemented in the schools at the initial stage of grade one for three months involving parents in the school curriculum under NIPUN BHARAT Mission.
