e-Office Implementation in NISR Ladakh: Meeting of Sh. Mohd Rauf Wani, SIO Ladakh with Dr. Padma Gurmet, Director National Institute of Sowa Rigpa (NISR), Leh Ladakh thereof.

On March 5th, 2024, a meeting convened between the State Informatics Officer (SIO) of NIC Ladakh and Director of the National Institute of Sowa Rigpa (NISR) Leh, Ladakh. The purpose was to deliberate on technical aspects and way forward for implementing e-Office at NISR. The meeting was also attended by Assistant Director NIC Ladakh, Ms. Stanzein Sedol.

During the meeting, the SIO, Ladakh provided an overview of the necessary requirements and procedural steps for the seamless rollout of the e-Office instance. Additionally, concerns and queries raised by the Director, NISR regarding the implementation were addressed.

A detailed discussion was held on various aspects including the NICSI PIs, the VM infrastructure, the end user infrastructure, the manpower required at the data centre to manage various identities , the project execution plan, monitoring/ maintaining the product and other technical intricacies with the NISR team. The Director, NISR expressed enthusiasm towards the implementation and expressed a desire to expedite the execution process.

Furthermore, the NIC Ladakh team committed to providing comprehensive technical support to ensure a smooth rollout of the project.
