AD, DIPR Kargil chairs meeting on upcoming edition of Kargil Samzod, Departmental Affairs.
Kargil, September 28, 2024: Assistant Director, Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) Kargil, Raza Ali Abidi, today chaired a meeting at the office of DIPR.
The meeting was attended by Photo Officer, Senior Assistant, AIO, Junior Assistants from the Information Centers in Zanskar and Drass, newly recruited permanent staffs of the Information Department, Assistant Cameramen, Junior Assistants, outsourced staff, and other officials.
A detailed discussion was held regarding the upcoming edition of the departmental magazine, Kargil Samzod.
During the meeting, the Assistant Director Information Kargil emphasized the importance of focusing on the “Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan” in the upcoming issue.
The AD instructed for the timely handover and takeover of charges among the staff.
Raza Ali Abidi urged all employees to work with sincerity and dedication, ensuring that the department functions smoothly and efficiently. He also instructed the staff to submit requisitions for any additional requirements, particularly for the Assistant Cameraman and Reporter positions.
Additionally, the Assistant Director discussed various developmental works of the department. He also took note of the pending salary issue faced by the outsourced staff and assured that the matter would be addressed at the earliest.
Later , Assistant Director encouraged all staff to maintain high levels of commitment in fulfilling their duties.
