Director School Education attends inaugural ceremony of Digital Studio at DIET Kargil.
Kargil, Sept 30, 2024: Director School Education, Tsering Paldan in the presence of Principal DIET Kargil, Abdul Quaiyoom and Chief Education Officer (CEO), Kargil, S. D Namgial today officially inaugurated the Digital Studio DIET Kargil.
The Studio Incharge, Gulzar Danish, gave a detailed overview of the studio setup and emphasized the crucial role of digital technology in advancing modern education.
The event featured productions from DIET Kargil, including Teaching Learning Material (TLM) series and the rhyme series, showcasing the studio’s potential to enrich educational resources.
Gulzar Danish also acknowledged key contributors to these productions, including Lr Altaf Hussain for lyrics, Shamim and Munawar for composition, and the students of HS Minjee for their voice-over work.
The CEO Kargil stressed the importance of using the studio as a platform to promote best practices and innovations in education, while Abdul Quaiyoom praised the team for their remarkable progress in establishing the studio in such a short time.
In his speech, the Director commended the efforts of the Principal and the DIET team for swiftly setting up the studio. He also encouraged inviting Teachers and Heads of Institutions (HoIs) to showcase their contributions and innovations in the field of education.
The event was further marked by a special tribute to the Principal of DIET Kargil, as it was his last day of service, with a touching farewell party held in his honor.
