Good Governance Week Programme held at Tar-Hepti and Hanu villages of Khaltse and Skurbuchan blocks.

Khaltse, December 19, 2024: On the direction of Deputy Commissioner/CEO Leh, Santosh Sukhadeve, the Incharge Sub Divisional Magistrate/Tehsildar Khaltse, Mohd Sharief, conducted the ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur’ programme under the Good Governance Week 2024.
The week-long event commenced from today, December 19, 2024, in Sub-division Khaltse. As per scheduled prepared by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Khaltse, the said event, today conducted at Tar-Hepti and Hanu villages in the Community Halls of Helti and Hanu Yokma of Khaltse and Skurbuchan blocks.
During the event, officers and officials from various concerned departments such as Revenue, Medical, Food Civil Supply & Consumer Affairs, ICDS, Rural Development Department, Agriculture, Social, Horticulture, Sheep Husbandry and PHE Departments were present, providing on-the-spot services related to various government schemes and explained details their department Schemes to the beneficiaries.
Flagship schemes were showcased at stalls set up for the beneficiaries of the villages. In addition, services, such as the issuance of Certificates and Awareness regarding DILRMP were also conducted by Tehsildar Khaltse. Aadhaar card updates, health screening, and ration card verification were offered. Public grievances were also addressed and resolved on the spot.
