Kargil, April 29, 2025: The District Employment & Counselling Centre (DECC)/ Employment Office, Kargil, today organized a farewell in honour of Dr. Khanzada Mohd. Usman (JKAS), the outgoing Deputy Director, Employment, and Secretary, LAHDC-KSSRB upon his repatriation to J&K and recognizing his dedicated service and significant contributions to the District.
The event was graced by Imteeaz Kacho (JKAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner,Kargil ; Iftikhar Hussain District Informatics Officer, NIC-Kargil; Mohd. Kazim, Assistant Director, Employment, Kargil; Tahira Nasreen, Section Officer, Employment; Gulzar Hussain, Head Assistant, Employment; Ahmad Ali, Junior Assistant, Employment; Mohd. Ibrahim, Data Entry Operator, Employment; Strong Room Incharge, Mohd. Toha (Sub-Inspector) and other officials of the Employment Department and allied Offices.
The ceremony was a heartfelt acknowledgment of Dr. Usman’s professional excellence, integrity and tireless commitment to public service. In his address, Dr.Usman expressed sincere gratitude to his colleagues and staff while appreciating their immense contributions towards making the entire process of recruitment smooth and transparent. He also expressed his gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner for his confined guidance and blessings. Further, Dr. Usman thanked the staff of DECC/Employment Office for having organised the farewell and for honouring him.
ADC Imteeaz Kacho expressed gratitude to Dr. Usman for his perseverance and devotion while appreciating the sincere efforts and dedication of DIO Iftikhar Hussain (DIO) as well as the entire team for conducting the recruitment process in a fair and transparent manner. He further praised the cooperation extended by the staff of the Employment Department while highlighting the enthusiasm and spirit shown by the people of Kargil.
Special appreciation was extended to DIO Iftikhar Hussain for his critical role in streamlining systems and ensuring the smooth conduct of the KSSRB recruitment examinations. His countless contributions to portal development and exam management were acknowledged with high regard.
Dr. Khanzada Mohd. Usman was applauded for managing a challenging recruitment process with professionalism, setting a benchmark for efficiency and systematic functioning. His leadership and cooperative approach left a lasting impression on all stakeholders.
On behalf of Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, who could not attend due to prior commitments, heartfelt thanks and best wishes were extended to Dr. Usman for his future endeavors.
ADC Imteeaz Kacho acknowledged his hard work and dedication and wished him and his family continued good health and happiness.
DIO Iftikhar Hussain expressed his sincere thanks to Dr. Usman for his support, particularly in the context of employment-related activities.
Mohd. Kazim, Assistant Director, Employment also spoke on the occasion and lauded the sincere efforts of Dr. Usman towards improving the process of recruitment and administering the Employment Office efficiently.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of traditional mementos and tokens of appreciation, marking a respectful and joyous send-off for a committed public servant. Attendees also offered apologies for any unintentional shortcomings and emphasized that life is a continuous journey of learning. The entire team wished Dr.Usman a joyful and successful journey ahead.
