CEC Kargil Visits Bereaved Family of Accident Victim in Panikhar.
Kargil, May 19, 2025: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, today visited the residence of the deceased youth in Panikhar to offer condolences to the grieving family following a tragic road accident that occurred yesterday.
CEC Dr. Akhoon expressed deep sorrow over the untimely loss and extended heartfelt condolences on behalf of the Hill Council. He assured the family of every possible support and inquired about the well-being of all family members, reaffirming the Council’s commitment to stand by them in this time of grief.
He was accompanied by Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Sankoo, Waseem Ramzan, Assistant Director Tourism, Ali Tak, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Headquarters Kargil, Inayat Ali, and Station House Officer (SHO) Panikhar, Parvez Ahmed.
