PM Shri Govt. High School Thasgam Drass Celebrates Rakshabandhan with Indian Army

Drass, August 09, 2025 — In a heartwarming gesture of love, respect, and patriotism, the students of PM Shri Government High School Thasgam, Drass, celebrated Rakshabandhan with the Indian Army personnel stationed in the region. The celebration aimed to honor the brave soldiers who, despite being away from their families, dedicate their lives to safeguarding the nation.
On the occasion, students tied Rakhis to the soldiers, symbolizing the bond of protection and gratitude. The young boys and girls expressed their deep appreciation for the Indian Army’s selfless service and sacrifices.
Speaking on the occasion, Head of Institution Haji Akbar Ali applauded the invaluable contribution of the Indian Army in ensuring the safety and integrity of the nation.
