    New Delhi, August 27, 2025:
    Managing Director, NHIDCL, Dr. Krishan Kumar, IAS, called on Chief Secretary, UT Ladakh, Dr. Pawan Kotwal, IAS, at Ladakh Bhavan, New Delhi, along with Secretary PWD, Michael M. D’Souza, IAS.
    During the meeting, Dr. Krishan Kumar apprised the Chief Secretary of the progress on NH-301 (Kargil–Zanskar).
    The Chief Secretary emphasized the need for expeditious completion of the works and directed for timely execution to ensure improved road connectivity.
