An Awareness Programme on Vigilance and Anti-Corruption was conducted today, 31st October 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Regional Transport Office, Ladakh. The session was led by Sh. Manzoor Ahmed, Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, along with other officers from the bureau.
The programme focused on sensitizing the officers, officials, and stakeholders about the importance of transparency, ethical conduct, and preventive vigilance measures in public service. The speakers emphasized the need to adopt zero tolerance towards corruption and highlighted various mechanisms available for reporting corrupt practices.
The session was attended by the Regional Transport Officer, Dr. Zahida Bano (JKAS), officers and officials from the RTO and ARTO offices, along with all concerned stakeholders, All representatives of Private Agencies.
In addition, to commemorate the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a pledge-taking ceremony was organized, reaffirming the commitment towards integrity, patriotism, and service to the nation.
