Two-Day Training on E-Office Commences at Conference Hall Baroo.
Kargil, November 06, 2025: A two-day training program on E-Office for officials of various Government Departments commenced today at the Conference Hall, Baroo Kargil. The training, organized by the District Administration Kargil, is aimed at familiarizing district officers and dealing assistants with the effective use of the e-file system.
The inaugural session was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kargil, Imteeaz Kacho, along with other district officers and officials.
In his address, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kargil extended greetings to all participants and resource persons, Mr. Sajjad and Mr. Ishtiyaq, IT Managers from the IT Department, Ladakh.
ADC highlighted the importance of adopting the e-office system and emphasized the administration’s move toward a paperless office environment. He stated that the Deputy Commissioner has already directed that office work in DC Office be made paperless as far as possible and that all official processes must be carried out through e-office henceforth.
He further added that traditional paperwork consumes more time and energy, whereas the e-file system enhances efficiency and even allows work continuity from remote locations during emergencies.
The resource persons, Mr. Sajjad and Mr. Ishtiyaq, conducted a detailed session, including live demonstrations on the practical use of e-file tools and features.
It was mentioned that the two-day training program will witness participation from 20 different departments each day, ensuring that all functionaries are trained in digital file management for improved administrative efficiency.
