Khaltse, November 07, 2025:
As per the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, Leh, the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Khaltse, Shri Mohd Sharif, today chaired a meeting with the officers of Sub Division Khaltse at his office chamber to discuss and review the preparations for the upcoming campaign “Memangs-Si-rJabstok” (Public Services) in the Sub Division.
The SDM, Khaltse, directed all officers to actively participate in the campaign and present various centrally sponsored and UT-level schemes of their respective departments to create awareness among the villagers. He further instructed all departments to render their services on the spot at the designated venues in each village.
The schedule for the campaign was framed in consultation with the officers, and the team will reach out to the public of the Sub Division from 10th to 18th November 2025. The concerned Naib Tehsildars were instructed to inform the Namberdars of their respective areas about the team’s visit schedule well in advance.
The meeting was attended by all officers of the Sub Division, including Naib Tehsildars — Abdul Samad (Skurbuchan), Phuntsog Namgail (Wanla), and Mohd Iqbal (Temisgam); Executive Engineer (R&B), Khaltse, Ghulam Abass; BMO, Khaltse, Dr. Shamim Ahmad; CDPO, Khaltse, Shakila Bano; ARC, Khaltse, Tsering Murup; ZEO, Khaltse, Nawang Namgail; Branch Managers, J&K Bank (Tsewang Phuntsog) and SBI (Padma Rigzin); Panchayat Inspectors, Tashi Dorjay and Shabir Hussain; JAEO, Khaltse, Leela Bano; JE PDD, Khaltse, Mustafa Kamal; JE PHE, Khaltse, Asif Mirza and Jigmat Chotak; JE I&FC, Skalzang Nurboo; besides representatives from other departments.
