Mimangs-Si-Sjabstogs: Administration at Your Doorstep Held at Chuchot Yokma
Leh, November 9: Under the “Mimangs-Si-Sjabstogs” (Administration at Your Doorstep) initiative, a public outreach camp was organized today at Kuzey Panchayat Ghar, Chuchot Yokma.
Nodal Officer Kunzang Wangmo (Chief Horticulture Officer, Leh) welcomed the villagers and briefed them about the objectives of the programme. A total of 36 officers and officials from various government departments participated in the camp. Officials from different departments shared information about government schemes, welfare programmes, and benefits available to the public. They also listened to the grievances and issues raised by the villagers.
Around 150 villagers from Chuchot Yokma and nearby areas participated in the camp. During the programme, 20 Aadhaar cards were generated and 40 e-KYC updates were completed on the spot.
Nodal Officer Kunzang Wangmo assured the participants that all grievances and concerns would be forwarded to the concerned departments and the District Magistrate, Leh, for timely redressal.
At the conclusion, Nambardar Haider Ali of Chuchot Yokma expressed gratitude to Nodal Officer Kunzang Wangmo, the participating officers, and the District Administration for organizing the outreach camp.
The Mimangs-Si-Sjabstogs initiative aims to cover all villages of District Leh within the next 15 days.
