“Memangs-Si-sJabstogs” Campaign Kicks Off in Singaylalok Villages
Khaltse, November 10, 2025 – Following directives from the Deputy Commissioner, Leh, SDM Khaltse Shri Mohd Sharif launched the week-long “Memangs-Si-sJabstogs” campaign today in the remote villages of Lingshed, Skumpata, Neyraks, and Yulchung in Singaylalok block.
A multi-departmental team, along with representatives from J&K Bank and SBI Khaltse, reached out to locals, sharing details of Centrally Sponsored and UT schemes while delivering on-the-spot services: 30 ST certificates, 2 LRCs, 6 mutations, and 2 revenue extracts. Awareness on scheme benefits and procedures was also provided.
At Lingshed, the SDM, BMO, and Executive Engineer R&B reviewed NTPC site progress and local issues. At Yulchung, the SDM visited the ICDS centre and resolved concerns immediately.
The SDM was accompanied by officers from R&B, Health, Veterinary, BDO, Forest, Horticulture, ICDS, ARC, Food, PDD, PHE, Revenue, Agriculture, Sheep Husbandry, and PMGSY.
The campaign reflects the administration’s focus on reaching the last mile with services and support.
