    Khaltse, November 12,2025:
    A series of public outreach camps under the banner “Mimangs-si-Sjabstok” (Administration at Your Doorstep) were successfully organized at Achnathang, Lehdo, and Skurbuchan villages with the objective of bringing government services and welfare schemes closer to the people.
    The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between the administration and the rural populace by addressing public grievances, spreading awareness about various government programmes, and ensuring last-mile delivery of essential services.
    During the camps, officers and officials from different departments including Health, R&B, Rural Development, Revenue, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, Education, Food,PHE, Irrigation, Cooperative, PDD, ICDS and Jammu and Kashmir Bank participated actively. They provided on-the-spot assistance, verified beneficiary lists, and educated villagers about ongoing schemes and entitlements. Free medical check-ups, awareness sessions on cleanliness and nutrition, were also conducted.
    During the camp, Revenue Department issued 4-LRC, ST -5, Domicile-4, Income-6, , Property card-25,Block Office issued , Food Department 10- Ration Card update , 15 Mobile no. Update and 10 KYC , Education Department 15-Aadhar Card update and LPG-above 80 EKYC.
    Speaking at the event, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the villagers and lauded the coordinated efforts of all departments in making the outreach a success. The SDM emphasized that such initiatives reflect the administration’s commitment to transparent, inclusive, and responsive governance.
    Residents of Achnathang, Lehdo, and Skurbuchan expressed gratitude for the camp, stating that it provided them with a valuable opportunity to directly interact with officials and resolve long-pending issues without having to travel long distances.
    The “Mimangs-si-Sjabstok” outreach campaign continues to strengthen the bond between citizens and the administration, ensuring that the benefits of development reach every corner of the region.
