Key topics covered included Mapping, Progeny, and Self-Progeny, along with correct procedures for name correction, deletion, shifting, and the use of appropriate forms for various updates.

Special emphasis was laid on the verification process for married female voters, ensuring their correct inclusion in the electoral roll. The training also covered procedures for the timely removal of deceased individuals and the inclusion of newly eligible voters, particularly those who have recently turned 18 or 21 years of age.
BLO Supervisors were urged to maintain close coordination with BLOs and to remain humble, approachable, and courteous in their field duties, thereby strengthening public confidence in the electoral process.
The day concluded with practical exercises, enabling AEROs and BLO Supervisors to effectively guide BLOs in Mapping, Progeny, and Self-Progeny of electors within their respective sections and families. The program also included group discussions, case studies, and an interactive Q&A session, during which all queries raised by participants were thoroughly addressed.
